So often we are taught to take photogrphs with the light either from the side or from the back us. Seldom do we take them against the light because of the silhouette effect and the resultant loss of colour.
At times these can be striking pictures. One of these times is when the light is shining through the waves just before they crash. The most spectacular is moments before the crashing starts. At this stage the sheet of water is at it's thinnest and almost looks like a "stained glass window".
In this lesson you are going to learn how to: 1. Draw the shape of the wave(s) 2. Sort out the colours 3. About the spray 4. Water reflections 5. draw the foam streaks.
