  • Translucent Waves

    • how to paint translucent wave watercolour

So often we are taught to take photographs with the light behind or to the sides of us. Seldom do we take them against the light because of the silhouette efffect with the resultant loss of colour.

At time these can be striking pictures. One of these times when the sun is behind the crashing waves. They are at the most spectacular when the wave is just about to break. The wave is at its thinnest and is almost like a "stained glass window"

We will not be painting from a photograph but from a portion of an seascape oil painting I did years ago. You are going to enjoy this one very much as I have a few tricks up my sleeve Sealed

When you book the class you will get access to watch the class live on Paint Basket TV, plus get free access to the replay of the class afterwards.

You can then watch the class replay as often as you like. You will be able to download a free step by step PDF tutorial.

The replay and the PDF will be available a few days after the class.
