Class Description

Painting rocks that look convincing can be quite a challenge for beginners. Mountains and rocks are an almost inevitable in the normal landscape painting. Sooner or later they will crop up in a painting.

The colouring in a photograph most time is different to what the natural eyes sees it as. We need to change the colours to make it a winning painting.

Why not paint along as Dennis shows you how to simplify for more dramatic effects.

When you book this class you will also get instant access to the class which you will be able to watch as often as you like.

Honestly, I felt I made a mess of this… I find rocks difficult. However, my colleague loved it so much, she took it off my hands. So hey, guess the result wasn’t that terrible thanks to a good teacher…. Good study object for rock faces.

Great instruction but It was not as easy to paint as a beginner. I need more practice. Will give it another try some day. Thanks, Dennis.
