Looks good Val , Annie!I will have to wait for the replay.

Sadly I couldn't watch the class as the sound was lagging and video picture kept stalling😐
Maybe it was traffic on u tube ...on my part of the world..hope it works in next live class!

Sorry to hear that, hope it will work better next time.  Short of a little glinch, the transmission was very good.  Don't give up with live sessions.  Being able to ask real time questions is great.
Cheers, Annie

Re wet on wet, my local teacher told us to wet the paper well, and then wait until the sheen is off the paper, so you can control where the paint goes. I have found that to be helpful advice.

Oh, Jay!  You are so commited.   Not many PBers from your time zone.  I can guess where you are... put the flag of your country beside your name unless you think it is not safe.

Bea Sue, I am really struggling with trying to add wet on wet and have those lovely additions Dennis do.  Mine either don't move at all as it is already wet on dry, or it flood the whole wet suface and completely blend it and mixed the colour together. Will try.   Thanks.
Cheers, Annie

I understand.  Thank you,  I find it nice to link a place and a time zone to a person.  Part of that visual picture.

:painting:   I decided to play about a bit with some of that invaluable knowledge from this lesson. I decided that purple and yellow would be fun to try mixed in with a with a bit of wet in wet loose painting.   :eyesclosed:
Ready? Here we go!

No drawing on this one... just dropped colour wet in wet for the background, let it dry and started painting around what I hoped would be flower shapes! Took a deep breath and  no caulies, no caulies, no caulies......    ;D

Hey, Val...this looks great! Sounds like you had yourself some fun practicing your shadow colors.
