An art show with beautiful paintings, and you notice sandals.  You can really get all the details in.  I only saw faces and was focussing on the painting behind them.

Thank, Zilpa.  Looks like we all are gaining confidence from our association with PB.

Thanks, Dennis.  I think you and Nolan realize the good influence you have on us.  You really have something wonderful going on here.

Agree Mea, and it is not just about learning to paint and the business of painting.  I am also changing the way I think about the Art of painting, about others' paintings and mine, and myself.

Good thing Sharon posted or I might have missed other comments, too.

Thanks, Sharon and Lynn.  Have another exhibit (Association of Hawaii Artists) coming up in 10 days. I will only have this one in it - an 11 x 14 watercolor of the Hawaiian sailing canoe HOKULE`A.

I will also help hang the exhibit.

I hope the people who sail that boat will see your painting.  It is wonderful.

I may be a dreamer... but, wouldn't be great hanging in their cabin, or on display with the tribute of their adventure in a museum somewhere.
Cheers, Annie

Annie,

I gave 100 postcard versions to the crew.  There is no place to hang a painting on an open canoe! There are hundreds of paintings of this vessel so mine is just one of many.

However, the second version of this painting below will be a gift to my good friend who navigated it through Cape Cod waters as depicted here.  This one is totally unique as I am the only artist who did this scene.

Sharon, I value your faith in me.
