I've done the 1970 VW Bug, in Oil Pencil, I owned a Bug like this.  Bought it in Alaska and was going to drive out, plans changed at last minute.  Picked the car up in New Orleans, 30 days later.

I used to drive a bug, real ole piece of scrap that was  ;D I would climb in to start driving and know it will break - it was just pot luck about how far i would be able to drive before it did  ??? Took me 5 hours to drive 30 km one day  :crazy2:

Used to have some real fun with those old gas heaters in the great white north...never worked in temps below freezing so always drove with an ice scraper in hand...for the INSIDE!  :heeha:

I'm using "Walnut Hallow" oil pencils.  Sorry I don't know the quality of these pencils, just bought a set at the art store.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
