Sorry about that.
The Pine Cone Still Life will be released in its place.

Amazed that I'm the only one who has attempted this lesson - it's really a good one! Not sure if mine is so good but I enjoyed learning to simplify the scene, moves lines around for perspective and get that sense of depth. Any suggestions always appreciated!
Cheers,
Sharon

Nicely done Sharon. Looks as though a few of the verticals have skewed a bit, I find that happens to me when there are multiples receding. Shows distance well, and I love that sky!  O0

:thankyou:  Dennis for a very challenging lesson.  My hand isn't as steady as it once was for finer work, however, I gave it a go. Comments and critiques are always welcomed.  Thank you.

Patricia,

You are braver than me.  Too many windows to do!

But you did well.  Your hand looks quite steady to me.

The grass under the right gate column seems to be floating.  Not sure how to anchor it better.

The foreground seems too light.  Maybe some shadows needed.

:thankyou:  for your comments Mea, yes, there is a lot to be done to improve this painting but one thing I know for sure and that is I would never have made an Architect!  :2funny:
