Vidar,

My goodness, you have jumped right in.  Welcome to the wonderful world of Paintbasket.

I can see from the third ball that you quickly improve.

As I am sure you will learn, we all need to be mindful of going darker.  Keep at it, you are off to a great start.

My apologies - I am going to highjack your message for a slight digression as an old Paintbasket friend just popped her head in the door

:bigwelcome: to the PB family Vidar, you really are off to a flying start :heeha: :yippee: :yippee: :yippee:

Great shading work, especially on the rock drawing
You can still increase the contrast on the berries themselves - that will make them look even rounder O0

Thank you everyone for nice feedback.
Happy to be here!
I am looking forward to start with the next lessons. The only "problem" is that one forgets time and place when one becomes engrossed with the details in every drawing.
I suppose you all have experienced the same :)

 :2funny:   Oh yes indeed Vidar!
I may have to work out a piece treaty for times when I become so engrossed in my drawing/painting I forget to feed Lloyd!  :surrender:
This is sooo not a good thing!     :2funny:
Cheers, Val

unfortunately time does fly when you're having fun.

The main reason for this is that when you are busy with art you are working with the right side of your brain. So the left side, which keeps track of time, takes a back seat ;D
