Great tweaks Fi, great calm before the storm and great painting.  I'm sure it will be a wonderful addition to the bedroom.

Thank you all for your lovely comments :)  I just got this one back from the framers and I'm thrilled with the way it looks!  My client is collecting it this afternoon and I think she will be rather pleased with the finished article, all made with the help and advice from all of you.

Thank you all once again   :flowers:  :flowers:  :flowers:  :flowers:  :flowers:  :flowers:  :flowers:

Here is my next project - and back to the Big 5 theme. I seem to be painting a pink elephant ..... not sure where the pink came from  :2funny:

The underpainting is mostly done now and apart from his tusks I shall be adding in the details. Must have a look online at elephants eyes, as the photo I have is not very clear on the eyeball front.

As always comments, crits and suggestions are more than welcome.

Cheers

Fi,

The elephant is shaping up beautifully.  Love the smooth blending on the skin.

Great start Fi  O0   The eyes say it all, and an elephant's eyes incredibly so. Looking forward to seeing this progress.

Love this Fi - especially the skin tones.  Makes him/her look so real. And your choice of background color is excellent! Is the eye supposed to be open or closed? It's hard to tell. If open a little bit of a sparkle in the eye would be good.
Cheers,
Sharon
