just a spot by the mouth - the line of the mouth matches the gap between two spots so forms a continuous line - break that line to separate the mouth and the cheek like this:

Thank you so much Nolan for seeing that. I knew I was not happy with the mouth but did not see the problem. I also tried to fix the ear a bit Mea so it did not appear so transparent. Thank you both and thanks to all who commented. I so appreciate it.
