You teach how to draw using black pencils sets. But if later you are going to paint what you have drawn with your pencils, then it should be easier to paint if you have a colour version of your drawing not black and white. Why not to draw using colour pencils at once, skipping black and white drawing?

drawing with coloured pencils takes a lot more practice than regular graphite pencils. It is better to start off with graphite in order to train your eye. Once you have mastered them then it becomes easier to transition to coloured pencils as then you understand tonal values and only need to concentrate on the colour mixing side of things O0
