This is the first of the commission assignment I received.

After I found the image on Morguefile I noted that Nolan used the same one in the Pencil class. (Sorry Nolan, didn't know) but I decided to still go ahead and use this one.

It is done on A3 paper. The client is going to block it. I still have the Guinea Fowl one to do and then I am going to deliver it.


Comments would be appreciated.

Well done Maryna! I thought I recognised that Eagle! You've done a good job of this. I squinted my eyes to see if there was more tonal area round the eye so as to draw more attention there and, there was. So good on 'ya.

  For  future commission give more space for a border ,  once it is framed you do not lose part of the drawing.   (Center the object)
