You are off to a good start with your first pencil sketches.  That's smart to begin with pencil drawings.

As we who can't draw a perfectly round ball freehand say, it's a bit wonky, but you are learning the shading part.

Your landscape came out quite well too.  I love that exercise because it made me feel like an instant artist.

I have a lot of problems (in addition to other :-) ) to draw leaves and veins.
Is a good exercice only draw leaves?

It's good that you are not happy with yourself. We all feel that way at times. 

It means that you are open to instruction on how to do better.

Yes, draw leaves - anything - then compare what you drew against the original, one small area at a time and make your corrections.

You CAN do this.

This is one lesson I found to be a necessary evil.  Hard to do for me.

I tried to copy from a postcard. I am not sure how to draw trees :-)
It's better i go on with the lesson by Nolan
