Guys just a pre-warning about the Pen and Ink club.

The Flowers on Piano is going to be the last Pen and Ink class we release.

As a result the Pen and Ink club will fall away at the end of the year.

If you are a current Pen & Ink club member you are welcome to remain a member until you have completed all the classes in the series. We do however recommend that you migrate to the VIP club as that will continue to give you access to the existing PNI classes, plus all the other classes.

We apologise for the inconvenience, but the PNI club is not popular enough to make it worth our while.

If you have any questions just reply here and we will do our best to answer them

OH such sad news that the Pen and Ink Club is going to be “falling away” at the end of the year  :(

If they are not popular enough then of course it is not worth your while to continue

OK so just wanted to clarify ... as I understand it as long as someone is an on going VIP member they will continue to have access to the existing 26 PNI lessons even after the new year?

I hope this is correct because I have REALLY REALLY REALLY enjoyed and so appreciate the PNI classes I have done so far and look forward to finishing the classes and continue learning if they are still going to be available to VIP members!!!!

I see so much potential with PNI especially with combining it with watercolor as demonstrated in the Bambi and Piano classes ... this is so exciting to me.

The time and awesome content and information you both put into each class is outstanding and soooooooooooo greatly appreciated! You are both such amazing teachers!

I am so grateful for everything that is offered and shared in the classes and on the forum. I look forward to continuing my exploration of ALL the different mediums available! There is so much available to keep me painting and drawing for years to come!

Thanks again for all you both do and offer in each and every class available and also for the amazing PB community that has been created!

Much love gratitude and appreciation,
Judylh

So sad to hear the news.  :( I do love pen and ink but time just isn't allowing me to do all I'd like at the moment.

I do know that Dennis has given us an excellent working base to build on and continue with. Many thanks.

Will the Pen and Ink section still be available for posting works and general discussion?

I fully understand the necessity to streamline.... 'too many irons in the fire' , hmmm, who would be guilty of that?      ME!!  >:D   Besides...that just means you can put more focus on all those upcoming watercolour, oil, etc... classes that push us all to becoming ' :smart: Master Artistes!  :smart: '

 :yippee: :yippee: :yippee:
Cheers, Val

Hi  Dennis and Nolan, Long time no seeing,  :) . This is too sad, but like you said, somethimes things just have to end. And I just started my first Pen and Ink drawing  after I didn't had the time for it when I joined the Pen and Ink Club/Classes two months ago. But I just started this weekend as VIP, so I could follow more classes. I am happy that the PNI classes are still there. I have done a few small drawings in PNI and I really enjoy it. I am sure I will love your classes, and even more now I know that there will not be more new lessons.

Thank you so much Dennis for all the lovely and gorgeous lessons you have created, I just wished I was able to follow them when they started in the first place, but times are hard here  :(
But now the VIP was on sale, I just had to buy it and I hope I will be able to stay for some time. The other clubs/classes I just could join for one month.
I haven't painted for more then a year, and I really look forward to start again, even it is with PNI  :smitten:
Dennis and Nolan, I wish you and your family a wonderful, peaceful and loving Christmas time.

Just got the news that Pen and Ink will be ending. I just got pens so I could take these classes but I understand the reasoning.  I am grateful for the time put in to making these lessons and having VIP makes it possible for me to still have a chance to learn.

 :thankyou:

Liana, the lessons will still be there  if you are VIP. You can still use the pen and ink together with the watercolour classes as quite a few are doing very successfully.

 :thankyou:  Dennis

I would love to add watercolor one day!!

For now it will be progressing through the pencil classes and because I have access it will be pen and ink classes too!   :yippee:

My goal is to continue through and try everything!!

Finding Paintbasket has been amazing!!
You and Nolan have done an amazing job instructing and providing a great learning environment.
 :thankyou: :thankyou:

Off to class I go  :)
