Wow Lynn, this is gorgeous, they seem to be glowing!

Danielle and Lynn,

I have the outmost respect for you both in doing the foxgloves.  I am part-way into them and have not yet gotten to the point where I make the leaves green, so am not able to see what it is really going to look like.  Looks kind of anemic right now.

Unfortunately, it's time for bed.  Will have to wait until the morning to give it a transfusion.

Mea your  :2funny:, you did great realistic paintings of the other flowers, I am sure you will succeed at that one too.  Remember it is not a race, take you time.

Thanks, Danielle.  I just woke up and the foxgloves look better this morning.  I think once the leaves and stems are painted, it'll look better.  Have a free day today so will paint once I vacuum the floors.

This is beautiful, Natalie!!    I'm about halfway through mine - now I'm even more inspired to finalize it! Of course I don't know which is more difficult - the painting or the transferring of the image to the paper!
Cheers,
Sharon

Natalie,

Lovely foxglove painting.  So many little details.

I've got mine about half done - hope it comes out as good as yours.

Thanks Sharon!

I don't know how you ladies are putting this down for a time-I'm taking breaks, but if I went for more than a day I would be lost.

I'm sure yours will be beautiful Mea! ~Thank you.

Awesome job Natalie.  I've still haven't finished transferring my fuschias. I am finding transferring difficult as well.
Lovely job with the foxgloves.  When you say it's time consuming, how many hours did you work on it?

Robin  :thankyou:
Best guess for the fuschias was less than 18 hours painting.
Foxgloves less than 10 painting and transferring.
Definite learning curve with the speed videos.
