Thanks Nolan.   I made use of what I learned from the swan lesson for the white boat.  :)  At least that's what I thought I was doing lol.   Also, I've taken lots of photos of gulls around here and was happy to finally get to use a couple of them.

you are just missing the sparkles / highlight ripples on the water, without them the water tends to look flat like a lake instead of full of movement O0

My boat is a little too big for its boots. I struggle with perspective and the only way to overcome it is by practising practising and practising. ::) :painting: ::)
