Nolan, was this painting posted in the "Coming Soon" section.  I check that out daily and I didn't see it!

Nolan I would love to do this painting and especially while others are doing it as well, but I am wondering if I am better to carry on through the lessons in more of an order. In other words will it be too much of a struggle doing this one now in the very early days of my oil painting?
Aroha! Lisa :-)

  Well, I tried this one, while trying to make it a bit different, and looking like around Vancouver Island.   I'm not sure how I did.

Oh my goodness, I posted the wrong one.   I decided a white boat was boring so put a stripe on it. This is the one with the strip.

Dear Lil;

I love the seagulls, you did a fantastic job!  :clap: :clap: :clap:

As for Vancouver Island  maybe a few evergreens
would help frame the scene.

Thanks May Lynn and Christina.  May Lynn, that was a good suggestion.   I did at least change the greenery to evergreens, but I didn't have to be so timid about it! lol

Lil,

Love your boat on the beach.  Great seagull on the stern.
