Thanks for the link, Natalie.  I watched it and she makes good sense.  It's the kind of short video that you need to watch every so often to keep on track.

Thanks for sharing, Natalie.  She hit about five tips out of seven for me!!  LOL  Now, I won't feel so bad that it takes me longer than most to finish.  I love my w/c and pastels....and the acrylics classes are super, too....but I just run out of steam too quickly to "get rollin"....maybe up my oxygen some more!!  LOL
Thanks again....smart lady.

Yes the information was indeed helpful.  Although she should take her own advice about learning how to slow down, especially in her talking.

:thankyou: for the video Natalie,  she sure speaks fast, but very good artist.  Also she is right about not quitting because we don't feel we are  good enough.   I know that because that is what i felt for many years. Now is my time to grow.

I finally got to watch this vid - she is saying exactly what I keep telling you guys too, only faster ;D
You have to understand what you are painting or drawing, that is why I always take the time to try to explain that before we start working O0

Wow I am constantly frustrated with my progress,  this was nice to hear.   It took me almost a year before I would even post on PB.   I thought everything I painted was bin material.  Sometimes you just have to put yourself out there.   Tip 8.  Find a place where you can discuss your work and how to improve it with talented artists who take the time to comment
