I used Strathmore 400 series/Best lgt. brown textured surface pastel paper. Dimensions 9"x12". Using Farber-Castell set of 24 soft pastels and Loew-Cornell set of 64 soft pastels both are students quality but I think produced satisfactory results!  I've only been using pastels for a few weeks now but c,c welcome!                       [msg id=16839]
