Thanks, Kathy! I found I could get the effect by applying different amounts of pressure on the eraser and by honing the eraser to a point for the smaller spots of spray. I still want to try the stylus on something. It might be better for drawing lines, like the one in your shell. I wonder how it would work for cat whiskers?

 Ah!!! I was wondering how you got those little spray spots with the fat electric eraser. I am going to remember that! I could have used that techinque a zillion times on my recent drawings.   :uglystupid2:

The stylus would be great for whiskers.  O0

I really enjoyed this! Thank you Nolan, I learned so much once again from you and Dennis.  I wish my wave was a bit bigger and had more depth. had a little trouble with the foam, think using a new electric eraser had something to do with it, there is nack to those things, looking forward to making more !!

 :clap:good effort Diane ,...... the electric eraser is harder to control  :) I find if you put too much pressure on it you have less control.

O0 Great job for a first go.
I find the electric eraser needs a very light touch, you can always go over it again if it isn't light enough.

What type do you have? (electric gadget  ;) )
Cheers, Val

Thank you val I purchased a Derwent , I am not really impressed with it it seems kinda cheap and sloppy to use but might be just me needing to learn
