Many cartoons are copyrighted and unless it is stated that it is copyright free it is best to change your avatar to something else. Unless a copyright item is very substantially changed you can still get into trouble.

you can use this one Annie as it is an adaptation from our default avatar O0 but generally you are not allowed to otherwise you may run into copyright issues

Yes, it is from your default avatar.  But the same image also comes up on the Internet when you goggle 'anonymous avatars'. 

Of course, I am changing it immediately.
