Nolan,
This is great.   It is so well organized now with all the info on one class in one Forum.  Then it can be sorted by last post, subject, etc.  No more having to sort to find info on a topic.

Great job!  I love it!   :cheering:

:thankyou: :thankyou:

Annie

Cheers, Annie

Great appellation for Nolan, Val.  "Techie on steroids"  I love it!  I wanted to say something brilliant like that but couldn't find the right words.

Thanks, Nolan.  Your efforts are appreciated.

Hum...   my brain is spinning...

NcWren:
Is it okay to sleep once in a while?
I would say so, but passion is a drive.  Many loose sleep over it!  Artists and Scientists alike...

Val:
"Techie on steroids"
Now... that is a powerful image.  No explanation needed, when did you come up with this one?

Mea:

Mea, I need to think about this one... I am more like playing with numbers, but I have to admit that I may well be wrong.  I just don't get it... yet but this is a challenge... can you elaborate and light my candle?

Still, bottom line... we all love the way Nolan sorted our the oil/acrylic lesson classes to make it easier for us to access... right?

Annie,

I was an English teacher and a writer (educational stuff, grants, etc).  Words were my life.  Always hated numbers until I found out about Excel spreadsheets!

Aloha Mea,
I can understand that

I was a science girl, loved numbers, hated words (mostly having to memorize those long list of exceptions that followed every grammar/spelling rules in French, Latin was a torture to me, then came English still painful to learn but at least Anglo-saxon are so patient and tolerant with others botching their language, even after over 40 years of living and working in English) until I found out about 'Microsoft wordspell'... unfortunately it doesn't compensate for lack of vocabulary or syntax!   One can really mess up with wordspell function  ;D

But now I discovered a new language which I really want to learn... painting!  :painting: :painting: :painting:

Have a nice day,  :flowers: Annie

Hi Nolan the changes you have made to the website are amazing and the video player, but one slight problem I have is when I pause the video the screen goes black is the problem at my end with some settings or other, hope you can help, best decision I ever made joining PB Awesome

Steve,

I had the same problem.  I have found that if I pause the video by clicking on the pause lines at bottom of video, the screen does go blank.  If, however, I pause the video by simply clicking in the center of the video, it pauses with image on screen exactly where you are in the video.  Hope this helps  :)

technically the screen should show the banner image of the class as that is what it is set to do, but seems like YT doesn't always do what it is supposed to. Also some classes have a banner loaded while others don't. Hopefully it doesn't detract from the class itself

Nolan;  I like the new page layout and the bigger videos.  The 30 second rewind is great.  Thanks Nolan for all the hard work. Kathy
