I did this one today. Some of the subtle shades of ocher did not show up on this scan.
The scan did not grasp the whole pic either--camera next I suppose. When I draw with pencil or pen, I get into a zone like taking a trip somewhere. I really don't like the ears on the one on the left, but I didn't have the reference photo with me.  I used watercolor at the end to fill in the sky some.

You're right about the ears - they are not that hairy around the edges. Hairy inside but not on the outside. Notwithstanding - a nice drawing O0

Carol, your zebra made it to The new site Nolan made it features a lot of pb members paintings   :congrats:
You did a great painting of those zebras.   You must have been pretty dizzy after all these lines.  ;D

It is the facebook site that Nolan has started.   If you received a newletter you will see the facebook site.  It is also in the forum someware that Nolan advised us all, but i can not find it anymore.  But do check your emails for the newsletter.
