Nolan that drawing is increadible, the eyes are so beautifull.  Yes you should finish it!!!  :sneaky: ;D ;D :hammer:
God you make hard on me, I want to do all the mediums but gosh i will have to decide which one I want to continue with.  Don't know if I should continue pencil or do pastel or water colours.   :pullhair:.  Specially with summer comming i do not find as much time as in fall/winter.  Are summers are so short I love the outdoors

:thankyou:  Nolan for a FANTASTIC class.  Here is my Eagle which I took a little too far by doing too much on it for it was just so darned interesting and I could not leave it alone!!!  Can't wait to finish it.

Thank you :thankyou: Nina,  :thankyou: mea and   :thankyou: Val. It was really hectic to put together the sketch. This class is tough!
Patricia your drawing is great!  as usual!   Danielle, I have the same problem. I decided to take pencil drawing and watercolor. Maybe later, much,... much later I'll take pen and ink. I have to learn so much on drawing! and this medium is the basis of all.
Nolan thank you for advise, I will finish this one, and then I'll go to a print shop to have it printed on the right size of paper.

Doina and Patricia your Eagles look great, well done. I loved the lesson but didn't draw  I'll try to catch up from the last one I did, the Onions, but I am sure I will love doing the birds...I really love birds, there feathers look like a reall hard challenge to get right. So,   O0 for the great work you both did. :flowers:

:thankyou: :thankyou: :thankyou:  Doina, Mea and Riya for your comments.  Yes, Riya the feathers are a bit of a challenge but still very interesting.  I erased the top feathers of my eagle last night and re-did them after I saw Nolan's. My printer gives very poor printouts and I can't see the detail but I think my eagle is looking a bit better than the photograph I submitted.  Looking forward to finishing it.   Patricia

   Patricia - Fantastic job you are doing on this eagle! Cngratulations!

   Doina - Congratulations on your eagle. Would like to see the finished drawing.

I'm with Danielle - Want ot take all the classes but have to decide how much time I have available. With a full time job I only have weekends. I am using every single minute of idle time at work to continue with my drawing classes.

I am still watching the video and counting the feathers I have to draw  ::) (just kidding)!

Three of the youngest grandkids finished their school year so I won't have large blocks of time to concentrate on drawing the eagle.  Last weekend Emily painted her seascapes; today Logan was sketching Hawaiian birds.  For me, I was able try some of Dennis' trees in  Landscape drawing, but I do plan to get to the eagle as soon as I can find quality time. :)

:thankyou:  Elizabeth for your comments, I somehow missed it, my apologies.

:thankyou:  Nolan, you are the greatest and under your guidance we can only progress to heights we could only dream of.  Thank you for always being so encouraging.

Liz, much like the Dog Course, the bird course is just as interesting and fun.  You will love it guaranteed.
