Nolan I don't think I will be able to be a class today. I have to work on a house today.  :'( which sucks.

Well, I do not have a printer. I drew the eagle from computer, and then traced on paper. Because the drawing is to small, and not having  a photo print-out, I could not follow Nolan's instructions. Anyhow, here is my rendition. I'll try by next week to print one. I just purchased a new computer, and I have to wait till I can buy a printer

It took me since yesterday to draw on different papers, until I was able to come up with this. I physically traced as much as I could from the computer screen, and worked around. Thank you for your comment

    Doina, you did a fantastic job on the Eagle.  My printer is not the best and very often I cannot see the details but I do the best I can with what I have.  I really enjoyed the lesson although I found the Eagle quite challenging.   Patricia

Thanks Patricia for the encouragement.  Yes, I found this lesson very, very challenging. And I did not follow Nolan instruction because of the pattern I used. That's the reason I want to print out to follow his directions to learn the right way how to do the feathers!! Did you worked on and 8.5x11 or you have the European standards? I wonder how small will be the eagle on a 8.5x 11 inches paper! Nolan said that he draw on an A3 size paper. That would be the 11x17 equivalent!! Oh boy!

Hey, Doina, you did well on the eagle considering the drawbacks you had to face.

:thankyou: Thank you mea and Nolan for the kind words. Nolan, you think that I should continue with this drawing, or to start a new one? Indeed, I think I will finish this one and then start a new drawing following instructions.  Doina
