Hello! I'm new this to drawing and i can't understand how you get the faint lines before you start using pens?

 :welcome:  to the Paint Basket Kirenna, it is lovely to have you join us.  You have to purchase the lesson and then you will receive a picture of the building which you trace off and transfer onto your paper by using tracing paper or taking a photostat of the picture, applying graphite to the back of the picture and then place the picture onto your paper and draw over the outlines, preferably in red ball point pen so that you can easily see what you have transferred to your paper underneath. From from then on, Dennis will instruct you and illustrate every step of the way on what you must do. I hope that my instructions are clear and that this helps you, if not, don't be shy, just write in again and you will receive additional help.  Happy drawing and we look forward to seeing what you have done.
