Not finished yet... but learning 1 thing, and that is that things look better a couple of days after doing it. I wasn't pleased how this looked when I put it away, but then getting it out again this morning... was quite surprised!

Adrian,

It sure looks good to me at first sighting.

I find the same is true for me, but I think my mother (bless her soul) comes in the night and fixes my work so that it will look better in the morning.

your folds are coming along beautifully Adrian :yippee: :yippee: :yippee:
things do look better a day or so later because you then see the picture as a whole, like your buyers do O0

Here is my drawing of the jacket.
It is a little darker in real than what the picture show.

Vidar,

Great work on the jacket.  Even the shirt collar underneath looks good.

You have learned this lesson well.

Here is my fleece jacket, a lesson I should have done a couple years ago.

It's a great lesson, Nolan, but I think I need to take once a month until I can do better than this.

At one point, it looked like the little boy was wearing a bear costume.

The appearance of striped lines on the left is the corrugated sign board I used as backing for my paper.  Won't use that again.

To my credit, the little corner of the shirt (jersey) he is wearing looks really good.

Oh, and the jacket is really too big for this kid - must be a hand-me-down from his brother.
