Looks like just the right amount of under painting is showing through, that's my toughest decision at this point, when enough is enough!  Well done! :clap:

Thanks so much Steven.  Yes, I would stop, take a photo and see too much blue, then keep going.  I always have the urge to have too much detail and honestly pastel is helping with that because you just can't easily put in too much.  I have been away from PB because of work but peek in once in a while and really see your work developing.


Patricia--Thanks so much.  I actually like this one and will keep it.  Most of them I give away and have little attachment to them.  I think my attachment is because it is where I paint.  As you know, there is a special feeling with painting, sort of the only place where all else is suspended.

I know I said this to you before Lynn, you are natural with pastel.  This is beautiful.  Congrats on the acknowledgement too in the newsletter.    Your pastels are all so pretty.   I admire your work. :smitten:
