Danielle this is beautiful you have captured the expression in the mother beautifully, my only comment would be, it could be a bit darker? but maybe the scanner or photo has made it appear lighter?  still an excellent rendition you should be proud very proud :yippee:

:thankyou: Doina for the advice, I though so too but I keept on adding darker tones, and I am starting to be afraid.  Maybe I will add more tonal later on once I can see straight. O0 :thankyou:

:thankyou:  So much Doina for your comments.

:2funny: I have not tried that one yet, i am still struggaling with hair. You know what, Wednesday is our course on hair so that will be great, maybe Nolan will show us the cornrows. Ps I though I saw a short video on it from Nolan, but I can't remember where.    :gl2: all it is is to be patient.
 :thankyou: for  your comments.

Danielle...you have captured the whole feeling of the picture. It's really wonderful.  Darker would be better, I think, but.....you go with your gut feeling.  If you aren't comfortable...don't do it!  LOL
It's a terrific reproduction.  Great job!     :flowers:

:thankyou: Patricia  for all your encouragements.  I may have to darken the whole drawing as per PB family and my son's advice.
