:thankyou:  Harald, Retta, Mea, Val and Jennylynn for your lovely comments. I found it very difficult to get a likeness but at least I gave it a go and as always am just so eager to learn.

Jennylynn, you did a fine job too.  Looking forward to seeing everyone's drawings.

Patricia, Jennylynn, and Dorothy I am just stunned. Can't for the life of me imagine how you managed to get these drawn already. It takes me longer than this to lay out my drawings, much less shade them all in. I haven't seen the lesson yet, but can't imagine how Nolan pulled it off in two hours either. Regardless, you have accomplished some nice studies and should be feeling pretty darn confident right now!

You ladies all did well with this drawing.  Doesn't look like an easy one.  Dorothy, you did well for free hand.

Nicely done Jennylynn. Good on you for keeping pace.

:thankyou: :thankyou: :thankyou:  Thank you Sarah, Bev and Mea for your lovely comments.  It was an enjoyable lesson for sure but then they always are.  My shadings looked a bit dark ... had sharpened all my pencils before the lesson and for some reason, they seemed so much darker than normal.

:thankyou: :thankyou: :thankyou: JayJ, Patricia, Jennylynn, Bev, Val, Mea, Sarah, Danielle and Tousabella and anyone else I might have missed.

It was a very enjoyable class, it was hard to keep up and still take to time to shade properly but Nolan makes it look so easy.

I plan to fiddle with it more and finish it off after we do the hair class.  :yippee:
