This is the exhibition coming up where I am the feature artist. I am putting in 11 paintings all to do with water and 2 of my scratch boards. I would not have thought this could happen in my wildest dreams and still my mum asks if I am not spending too much money on art materials. I said  "if I can't spend my money how I see fit at 57 when can I?"  :2funny:

All went well considering we were at the end of a heat wave of 5 days over 40c. The day of the opening was 46c so all in all it did not go off too bad. My work is on display for the next 6 weeks, so fingers crossed.
The scratch art piece was got a lot of attention as I had an artist statement with it explaining the process.
