Hi Goofy  :bigwelcome: to the Paint Basket family

Thank you for the support, I appreciate it.

I have unlocked the class for you. It is now available under the Classes > My Classes menu.

Tip - Next time if you log in before purchasing, then the system will automatically unlock the class for you.

Enjoy the class.

Hi Dgh

To access the course you can click the green My Classes button on the main website (or the yellow My Classes link at the bottom of the forum)

From there you will be able to choose which lesson you want to watch

Let me know if you have any issues

:thankyou: for joining the course, we appreciate the support.
:gl: and please post your drawings on the forum so we can help you along

Nolan, as I was going through to see if there were any classes I wanted to purchase this Black Friday, I noticed there were quite a few watercolor classes I had purchased already that were not showing up as being purchased.  These were some I noticed right away (just going from memory):  Painting Daffodils, Painting Azaleas, Vase & Plant Still Life, Two Pheasants, Child Portrait, Tall Ship, The City Gate.  If needed, I can go back and check invoices to be sure.  Thanks.
Linda

Hi Linda

I have gone through all the purchases that I can find for you and all the classes seem to be unlocked correctly so from my side I don't see any missing classes. Please go through your invoices to see if I have maybe missed an invoice and let me know.

Nolan, I went back as far as I could in my emails looking for receipts but did not find anything.  But I did find where I had posted finished paintings from the lessons on three of them.  I posted the Vase and Plant on Feb. 8, 2016; the Tall Ship on Jan. 29, 2016; and the Two Pheasants on Jan. 20 and 21, 2016.  They go back a good while, so no worries.  I was just checking in case I wanted to watch them again which I probably won't need to.

Nolan, I just remembered what happened!  When I first started with PaintBasket, I signed up for a whole year and had access to all of the classes during that year.  I am so sorry for the trouble.
Linda
