Hi There,

I am a new member and have been accessing the other website fine until now. I should be able to get to different mediums and want to find the suggested sequence of lessons. At this time, however, I can not access any of the paid for lessons. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or not. Help.

welcome to paintbasket

1) On Computers: Hover your mouse over the Classes menu (1). A drop down will appear with all the class options
On Mobile Devices:  Click the Class menu to show the drop down

2) Click on Live Classes to watch a live class or see the live class schedule

3) Click the All Classes option to see ALL the classes available in ALL the mediums and subjects

4) Normally you will hover over (computer) or click (mobile) the medium you are interested in, eg. Pencil Drawing
If you want to see all the classes in this medium, click the option

5) You can also see that there is a new popup menu where you can drill down the the different subjects in each medium, Free Classes or Animals, etc. To see only those classes click that option

6) Each medium also has a Lesson Plan which will list all the classes in that medium in the order that we recommend you follow them

I've done all the above and I am going round in circles trying to find this free class. I find classes but they all want paying for.  How do I get to the free one!

Hi Everyone,

I am just getting back online after being gone for almost a month and can not access any of my classes. I am not sure if I am doing something in-correct or if there is a glitch somewhere. I am hoping Nolan sees this post. When I accessed my classes before, I was always sent to another site. Hope someone can help.

Welcome back, Ginger.

Hmmm... If you click on the green bar that says MY CLASSES, the menu of the different media should show up.  From that, you click on the medium for which you know you have bought a class, then the class and the word WATCH should appear.  Click on WATCH and you should have it.

If that does not work, we need Nolan.

Thanks for replying Mea. I have followed the above instructions and when I click on the pencil drawing for instance, it takes me there but all the classes come up for purchase. I should have access to all of the mediums at this point. Hopefully Nolan will see this and be able to help me out.

Have you transferred your membership to the new website? www.onlineartlessons.com

Maybe your lessons are there.
Aroha! Lisa :-)
