there is no resources box that i can find. is it supposed to be on the 'my classes' page? it's not there or on the 'let's draw' course page.

if you click on the class to watch it, the Resources box is below the class video.

I bought the Let's Draw course and entered the serial number to unlock it but I can't access the course. It keeps sending me to a page to buy other courses. When I click on Let's Draw it says I have to purchase it even though I already have. Please Help.

Hi Blue,

Click on 'My Classes' at the top of the page, then click 'Pencil Drawing', scroll down until you see the 'Let's Draw Pencil Course'. (little over 1/2 way down the page)
Click on the lesson and away you go!  O0
Let me know if you need any further help.
Cheers

I just joined, and bought Oil #23 to learn how to paint folds of fabric. I bought the class with PayPal but I can't access it.  I clicked on MyCourses but it says I don't have any courses.

Thanks,
Spar

Hi Spar,
You bought a 'class' not a course. Check under 'My Classes' then 'Oil', you should find it there.

Give us a shout if any further problem.

ty for the heads up Val.

Spar, thank you for the support, we appreciate it - I have unlocked the class for you so it should now show under your My Classes menu O0

PS - if you log in next time, before you purchase, the system will automatically unlock the class for you ;)

I just purchased the Let's Draw course and I put in the serial number and my email, but is not allowing me to access the course. If I click on the MyClasses tab it just says I don't have any classes but I do because I just purchased it.

Catie,

Welcome to Paintbasket.

Try looking under COURSES on the menu at the top of the page.  Let's Draw is considered a course, not a class.  Hope that works.  If not, I'm sure Nolan will sort it out for you.

Let's Draw is a fabulous course.  Enjoy and be sure to post as you go along.
