Details
Here is HOKU, a 6 mo. old Havanese. He's on the far left of his UNBELIEVABLE FAMILY PORTRAIT I just posted. He looked like a fur ball before he went to the groomer and got a 'Baby cut'! Can't imagine drawing all that fur!

I'm so excited for you to draw all these cuties Liz! What an incentive to start the dog drawing class. I purchased it also - will probably take a look at it tomorrow. Purchased a few other things and have no idea what my next project is yet
Have a great week!

I'm going to really try, Denise! I know I can't do people so I should try animals. If they don't come out looking right, I won't feel as bad as I know they won't feel bad, either!

ha ha, I know what you mean! I just finished my "African Man" wc lesson and truly feel bad for the African Man even though I don't even know him! LOL
I did not do him justice as he seems to be such a wise and gentle man from the photo. I like your idea of sticking to animals!

Oh! Liz, this is just the cutest picture I have seen in a long time. I would love to see someone paint it. Val, we are waiting

I want to finish Nolan's dog first. I have the photo printed and as soon as I get a few hours break I will get started on it. It may take me a while so don't hold your breath please ....

My daughter said that the dog breeder's children were propping up the dogs, but I can't see them in the photo! It is still an amazing photo, though!
And she said the woman would like to have a print or painting, unless of course whatever is produced is altered to be unrecognized from the original. I think Dennis posted something about using someone's photograph... Maybe check on this again.
