:thankyou:  Dennis, a very interesting lesson but I made a mess of mine by going out of the lines horribly and will now wait for the replay to redo it.  Also had quite a bit of computer problems in that you were cutting out and I never even heard what you said in the end for I could just see the picture.  Nevertheless, we have the replay to hear everything we need to hear.  Thanks again Dennis.

Great class!  This was fun and I actually finished.  Yay!

I had to show those pastels who was boss.  I also found I'm missing a lot of colors and quite a few broke into tiny little slivers. Keeping a bit of fine sandpaper next to my paper is key to keeping them and the paper stomp clean and sharpened.  Now to clean up the mess...

Here is my paint along.

My pastels is suppose to be soft, but it is very dusty. Will have to get some others. I didn't want to blend in very well.

It was a very fun class, I really enjoyed it a lot. Thank you Dennis.

Alice and Jennylynn, well done!!!

I really enjoyed the class today.  I've been away so long, it was like coming home!   :)

I'll never get caught up with what all has been going on here.  Jennylynn, I just saw where your son was having some health problems.  I pray he is ok now.  Sorry for not checking in more often.

Oh.... you are just so not ready for this ...  :faint:     :2funny:

I had to do some serious cleaning up before I could touch anything!

Cheers, Val

Fantastic work, Bhavna!

Val, considering the circumstances, you did a wonderful job on your daylily!  It was like you were doing this blindfolded!  You are amazing!  I think all you need to do now is to put in the stamens and you'll have a masterpiece!

I would just like to thank those who directed me along, without whom I would just be sitting in a pile of albeit colourful, dust! I missed an awful lot, but between you guys and the odd glimpse of Dennis' painting avery 7 min. or so...I don't think it's too terribly bad.  It ain't good mind you, but it was great fun. Haven't laughed so hard in a while.  :2funny:   Thank you all for that. I really needed it.

I'm getting pretty good at this....turned out a lot better than the weathered wood and brick!  :2funny:

Can't wait to see the replay and see what I missed.
Cheers, Val

Well here is mine. Not bad considering I have never used pastels. But upset because of the cauliflowers. That will teach me not to leave puddles.  :2funny:
Great class until Dennis started rapping. Then couldn't understand a word he was saying.  :2funny: :2funny:
Alice, Jennylynn, Val, Bhavna, Maryna, Awesome job.  O0 O0 O0
