Thank you Dennis. It is a moving story that we all should remember as we get "younger". I'll try to go to Rocky River to see his art. Thanks, Doina

  :thankyou: Dennis.  Touching story!

Thank God for a supportive and helpful grandson who has helped this man overcome his disability and do what he loves to do. Even though it's in a different way, he has been able to adapt and find fulfillment.

This man obviously uses both side of his brain even at his advanced age and gets around without the aid of any assistive devices.

Computer's help keep our brain sharp!   :smart:   Physical exercises helps keep our bodies strong.   :excercise: so we can stay active.  Doing art and being part of a social network is good for the psychosocial side of us. :cloud9:   Having God in our lives takes care of the spiritual side of us
and makes us completely whole!    :yippee:

Dennis, I saw this on the news the other day.  I had planned on posting it. Had a post open ready to do it and my phone rang so I  got side tracked and forgot. It is amazing isn't it? Thank you for posting it.

Dennis and Lillian,  I'm glad to also acknowledge that it is God who blesses us with our gifts and longevity and a supportive family.  This old chap has a lot going for him!

I suppose I should pray that I can find a simple, basic digital art to fool around with, but maybe improve my computer skills first!
