Here are the graphite drawings (well the lightouse you saw, but put about 5 hours back into the leading edges of the left and right side of it, nothing else..took that long!)
The other is from Jerusalem, Israel when I went in 1976. Posted a painting of same image in the oil forum.
The moment you find yourself mostly satisfied with a painting and think you'll "just quickly" do this or that, that's the moment to stop completely. Take the painting off your easel and put it aside for at least 24 hours, then reassess whether it really needs that tweak.

Pat I congratulated you on being featured artist of the week in another post.  You are just such a good artist and I don't think you realise it.  All your work is 'jaw dropping' good.  Patricia

Patricia thank you and Lillian too.  I don't think I'm that good, but I honesty try hard as you all know. I would not think I am THAT good if it wasn't for all your LOVERS of painting and drawing. It takes appreciative people like you that make art what it is. Thanks.

Pat... I was just congratulating you on your lighthouse drawing when I stumbled upon this drawing of the man in Jerusalem.  This one is truly amazing!  I don't think there's anymore I can say about it.

Hi Diane, thank you. My wife's aunt arrived from Philippines last night and i showed her a few painting (not any of these though), and since she didn't seem VERY impressed with the one of the paintings i did about 5 months back, what do you think i do??
This morning 3 hours..
I hope the least i can do by telling this, is that yes, I too, struggle and it would be different if i told everyone, oh, it's so easy. I don't think a good percentage of people would want to hear that instead. Because it's NOT.
