I wonder if anyone else has had this problem.

I have done the free watercolor lessons and have purchased a couple more classes. Whenever I start watching the video of one of my purchased classes, I also get the audio background of Dennis saying, "Congratulations! You have now completed..." This goes on for, maybe, 10 minutes or so and is playing concurrently with the audio stream of the class I am trying to watch. Very confusing!

Can someone help me with this?  :-\

Thanks very much

Which video are you having this happen with? I'll try it at my end and see what happens.

I have never had a problem like that.....just bad internet crashes!  ;D

I started at the beginning for a few minutes, and jumped ahead to a couple of spots. No problem at all.

Afraid I can't help with this one, maybe Nolan will have some ideas.....or Dr. Ray...calling Dr. Ray.....

The "Well done, you have completed..." by Dennis is from the Watercolour Club video. I have tried playing both videos at the same time but that is not possible. The only way I have managed to replicate the double audio is to have PB running in 2 different tabs (or browsers).
So, check that don't have the two different videos playing in two separate tabs or browsers at the same time.

Thank you for your efforts to assist. I have just tried it again, twice--even though I only have one PB open. Still get that double-audio: the "Well done..." as well as the audio for the class. What I have ended up doing is, each time I open the class and have the two Dennis's talking, is to pause the class, and let the Well Done Dennis finish his little talk! Then I can come back and watch my class video.

Perhaps it's just Dennis commenting on what you've done...  O0

I wish, Val!  ;D

Actually, the better thing I can do, is to just pause the "Well done" video before clicking on the class.

that is very odd because you would need to click the watch button for the popup to appear before that video will play. You also cannot open two popups in the same window at once?

I have switched off the autoplay option of Dennis's sales video which should solve the problem regardless O0

I have just run the video right through and there is definitely no problem with the video itself.
