I have watched the video, I read the instructions, but I am missing something somewhere???  The palette icon doesn't show up in the box up top for me to click on. I read the email again and theres a transaction number but that wont work in the activate box.  :help:

I bought the full course, but I am not getting the menu to show up like it does in the "how to save your course" video. Instead I have a page " paint basket tv-my classes"  with how to save your course, meet  your tutor, intro, sharpening, and grips with a "watch" box across from them.

So what am I doing wrong  :pullhair:

Click on the big blue watch now button, then the green my classes button, then pencil classes. That is the easiest way now. They are permanently available to us now. :yippee:

Hi Glenda

The course has moved since it was first made, so you don't use the palette icon to access the course anymore, you go to the Paint Basket TV page, then select the Green My Classes button.

The pencil course is listed under the pencil icon.

Initially there will be the day 0 and day 1 classes open, then every day a new class will open until the whole course is available.
