Come on Nina, give us a boo. I let you see my 'meltdown' portrait painting...    ;D
I'm hoping perhaps these lessons will help me fix him up a bit.  ::)

Nina, a bit late, but you can ignore that PDF/A stuff. For simple printing of an existing document it is meaningless. It only becomes meaningful if you were to edit it and resave as non-PDF/A compliant. It's about the archivability of the electronic document for future retrieveability of documents.

A PDF/A compliant document has a specific set of things it supports etc that means in 500 years time (HAHAHA) a reader will be able to read a PDF/A compliant document, but a non compliant one may not be able to be.

The relevance to 99.9% of the consumer based population is zero. Today.

Batman.
I will have the chance to achieve perfection, when and only when I can remember the future.

I have read the PDF twice and watched the video twice.  My brain is scorched!  :2funny:
Now....depending on the size of the paper....the only thing you are measuring the Golden Mean to is the face....period. I was trying to figure if you added another 1 after you did the face so you could put in the other ear and hair! LOL
The G M is just for the face. So, you would measure where you were going to put it on your paper and go from there.......right?
I thought I had it in my head, then you showed us something else, and it was gone!!!   :2funny: :2funny:
This old beany doesn't absorb as fast as it used to.

Bella, the Golden Mean was put in for interest for those who do a lot of portrait painting.

Ignore the GM and use the other measurements until you get to know the system.
