Am having difficulties with the portrait. I seem to have an ongoing problem with eyes, afraid he may end up looking like my soppy pubcrawling lion!  :D
It is still in the early preliminary stage, but just can't seem to get his right eye in sync. Will try and post it in encourager section..... computers.... supposed to make life easy! sheesh  :D  :2funny:
Cheers, Val

The outline is almost nonexistant when I photograph it. I don't want to make the outline too dark, any suggestions from the photographers out there?  ???

Pat and Kelley seem to be the camera experts here - My camera skills rate 1 out of 10 I'm afraid. I should really book myself onto a camera course some time  :-\

I have been known to take a few good photographs, but I don't do it professionally.  My wife is the one that uses Adobe Creative Suite to work out the details.  If you want something free I would recommend GIMP or Picassa.  There are other software that can help fix exposure issues and other issues if that is what you are after.  GIMP comes in different formats so you can use Linux, Ubuntu, Windows or Mac OS.  Otherwise, I'll have to refer you to Pat for better help.

Thanks Kelley, I used Picassa to get the photo to this point. Don't want to get overly technical with it...after all I'm not a photographer...I'm an artist! Just ask Dennis!  :2funny:

You could've asked me I would've told you the same thing.  You're a great artist, sister.  (See the progression -  you're my sister now LOL.).

Can you post the picture to your album or somewhere?

Thanks brother Kelley! That sounds 'monkish'  :2funny: I'll stick with Kelley! I'll set up a drawing album and put the initial and updated pictures there as I move along.
