Well, Val asked for more posts of our work....... so here goes.
This is my first attempt at using only a knife to complete a work. It was fun, and not as difficult as I thought it would be, but at times tricky none the less. I still have a long way to go :D
Any suggestions or critiques are always welcome.

I've done a few palette knife paintings and I agree that there is a bit of a technique to it.  I think you've done a remarkable job, especially for a first time.  The trees and layered clouds look terrific.

That is a well done painting. You have great courage to attempt a detailed work like this with a knife. I do my mountains with a knife, but have never tried anything else. Perhaps I will give it a try now.
