Here is my paintalong-as always fun and challenging to keep up to, but that is the fun.  If you get something you don't hate in the end, that is a bonus.  Good work Harald.

Harald!!!!  Amazing,   :congrats:  To me this is like a herculean feat. The improvement you show in every painting is phenomenal.  Each one a little more difficult than the last. Brilliant work.
Cheers, Val

Fabulous job Anita    The colours in the water are great. The water at the bottom of the falls still shows good movement/undercurrents. Well done.

Mary-patience grasshopper, watercolour is a difficult medium to master, and you are doing fine.  The weird thing about watercolour is that it seems deceptively simple-a little paint and water and paper-but that's where we get fooled.  You are doing well, your picture is everybit as admirable everyone else's so stop beating yourself up!  You never know for sure if the painting is going to work out or not-but sometimes you will get lucky. :)

Oh, Gail...you ALWAYS make me feel better.  I just don't why it is I can't get my hand to do what my eye sees and my brain tells me to do...I know it's practice practice practice but that doesn't seem to be the case with me because I've been painting almost daily for months now and there's no real change.  I love doing it though so that's what keeps me going.  Thanks so much as always.

Many thanks for your nice comments. It`s fun that so many painted along this time.  If it`s not great art it`s fun to try. Great with so many pictures of the same scene and all so different.
Mary, Gail. Anita and Karen Great pictures with many good details.
And Mary if you had been world champion in water collor you had probably notthibng to do here and we would have missed a plesant acquaintence, we are åll here to learn or what.

:gl2:I had to leave for work. Back now. Congratulations on the paintalongs Harald, Gail, Mary and Anita. I find it interesting that you get a different view of your painting once it is posted. It's easier to see the flaws and the bits that worked.
