:thankyou: everyone for your kind comments, I must say I did find this painting quite challenging     I thought it was just me so it is encouraging to know that I am not the only one.

Bryndis, excellent technique-wise

I just have a small problem with the water below the falls. The two parallel streaks are too much the same colour as the rest of the water - make them a bit more brighter with Ultramarine so as the reflect the sky colour and make the small rocks show more above the water to add more interest there. Other than that you have an excellent waterfall O0

AND you have a wonderful sparkle on your rocks as the water tumbles down.  O0

Well done Bryndis

Bran?  Regular or low fat?

Danielle,

Love your shades of brown.

This looks like a difficult painting.

Low fat bran muffin Mea.  This time I found the rocks harder.     :thankyou: for you encouragement.

Nicely done, everyone! I bought this and a bunch of other lessons a while ago, so I'm going to just jump in and do it. It's been quite a while since I've had time to paint.

Sherri,

Falls are not easy, but you have done them well.  Maybe make the foreground a bit darker to enhance your sense of depth.
