I enjoyed trying to keep up - didn't quite make it and my colours just don't look the same when i mix them - Had to go with what I had. This is the effort to date. Thanks Nolan.

Beautiful Karen! I like the extended landscape mode and the depth in your painting. A lovely place to go fishing (even though I've never caught a fish in my life!).  I bet this is gonna look great displayed on a wall.
Well done

Karen,  :congrats:  Very well done.  Nice work on the reflections, makes me feel like I'm there looking at the real thing.

Nolan, it was another great class.   :thankyou:

It was good review for me from Dennis' watercolor class on reflections on water and far from boring.
Also, I liked how you put the two photos together to make a lovely composition.
I always enjoy watching you paint and I learn a lot when I see what colors you use and how you mix them.
You give thorough explanations as to why things should be done a certain way, all such valuable information.

Thanks for all you do for us.  It's so much easier to grab the replays now and this is one that I'll be reviewing and I can apply the info to my own compositions.  ...wish I could get going on that now but...

WOW! Now here I am working my ..... off, don't have time to attend the classes and everybody creating these masterpieces IS JUST NOT FAIR. When I come back my stuff will look like kindergarten junk. So here is the new law as dictated by me: everybody STOP PAINTING and take up knitting till I get back. If you do not abide by this rule I will go to your house and drill a hole in your turp bucket. Be warned.  :fight:
If not now, when? If not me, who?
