Just wanted to share my rustic frame I made for my first rooster painting.

The wood is from old pallets and the iron, from an old piece of corrugated sheet.

Well that's different Maryna! I like the outdoor material concept and, it's growing on me. I didn't like it initially but, that's because it's a new look to me. I'd like to see it in situ like in a kitchen or dinning area.

  :clap:  :clap: Great rustic frame Maryna.  I have an acrylic I did of a rooster and never could get the quite right frame. Will go for a more rustic frame.. GREAT IDEA  :twothumbs:

I like the frame  it works well with the rooster, Maryna - I might even be able to make one of these, - I guess you could fasten them at the back too. How do you get the painting to stay in? With little bent nails?
