Thank you Nolan.  :hug: I'm sorry I veered the thread off on a personal note. Drawing with pencils is a sensitive subject that led me down a path of self pity! I'll adhere to the forum subject next time.  :blush:  It's very comforting to have wonderful friends on here but, I'll resit loading off person issues! 
The subject of charcoal vs. pencil lead is interesting. I was wondering, does the lead in pencils or, the charcoal, have health issues if the dust is wafted around?

nose is much better now Jenny :clap: You can now slightly darken the top (inside) part of the nostril to get a looking in effect (a quick little shading) O0
