I feel you can still go darker on the mouth area - darken the right hand side some more.

Also on the right where the arm and body meet, it has a darker area, but it would gradually go darker and darker toward the arm as it curls away from the light, so just continue to shade darker until it meets the arm. In other words you have two distinct tonal values, the broad one on the body and a thin dark one where the arm and body meet. You want to fade that dark into the other shadow so they form a gradual change O0
