The bright red of the Lobster claw flowers seduced me to paint them.

Love to hear your comment.

There are a number of names these are known by in the Caribbean, the most common I've heard is 'Devil's Claw'. You've done a very nice rendition of it.
I did a few paintings of these, I guess a number of years back. I believe they were one of my first plein air attempts. I guess they were ok, as they were asked for and I gave them away to curious bystanders  ;D

Interesting and love your drawing while sitting in the plane, Gita.
That little girl's art is amazing.
Thanks for posting the other pictures, too.

How fun you can create art digitally!! And the goddess painting by the 12 year old is incredible - such a talent. Love your door guard - hope you turn that into something more than a sketch, it's really really good! I'm so anxious to visit Bali - hoping if my husband sells his business this year we can add that to our list of places to visit as retired people!!!
Cheers,
Sharon

Thanks Cath!
Sharon, you can go on a short vacation ( 3 weeks) to Bali! Even if life circumstances put limitations, It's better to try the best to go there. It's a "must go" for an artist.
